Your training is all about.... you.
With personal trainers, 1:1 sessions and a vast landscape filled with natural training venues, you'll be in
a great spot to work towards your targets. Each individual can take part in a beginning of week fitness and goals assessment
with one of our trainers, designed to allow us to help you get the very most out of your time here.
These triathlon specific training weeks help you to focus down on your event, improve techique,
speed at transitions and to feel great doing it. Our trainers are level 3 qualified and are experienced athletes,
enabling them to give you the advice and mentoring that you need.
All of our weeks are hosted in half board accommodation and include equipment, local transport, airport
transfers, coaching/training and local liaison. Click here to learn more.
Prices from £225 (3 night weekend) or £499 (7 night coached week). Includes accommodation, training, equipment,

Day 1: PM - Arrival. Discuss personal objectives with our trainers. Settle in and meet
other guests.

Day 2: AM - Open water swim followed by road cycle. PM - Flexibility and core stability
work. Evening meal with other guests.

Day 3: AM - Long road cycle. PM - Light running, focussing on technique. Evening optional
sports massage.

Day 4: Cross training day - kayaking and mountain biking.
|
Day 5: AM - Open water swim. PM - Road cycle. Evening run.
|
Day 6: AM - Morning off to do some sightseeing or visit a local market. PM - Core stability,
flexibility and sports massage.

Day 7: Mini event day. All three disciplines in event style followed by flexibility and
sports massage. Evening BBQ and goodbye drinks.
